AISupplyNav is an AI-powered supply chain intelligence platform. This policy explains exactly how we use artificial intelligence — which models, what data they see, and what happens to your data in the process.

1. AI Models We Use

AISupplyNav uses a multi-model architecture. Different tasks are routed to different AI models based on the nature of the request. This means no single model provider has access to all your data, and we can select the best model for each specific task.

2. What Data Is Sent to AI Models

Data that IS sent

• Your queries: Questions and messages you type in the chat interface.
• Assessment inputs: Your responses to assessment questions, used to generate scored results.
• Contextual data: Relevant portions of your company profile and previous assessment results, when needed to provide better responses.

Data that is NEVER sent

• Your email address or personal identifiers.
• Your payment information.
• Other users' data.
• Raw database records — we send only the minimum context needed for each request.

3. Training Data Policy

• We use AI model APIs with data processing agreements that explicitly prohibit using customer inputs for model training.
• We have opted out of all training data programs offered by our AI providers.
• Conversations and data sent to AI models are processed for your request only and not retained by the model provider for training purposes.

How Your Data Trains YOUR Agents

AISupplyNav may use your historical data to improve the quality of responses for your account specifically. This means:

• Your past assessments can inform future recommendations (e.g., "last quarter your lead times improved by 12%").
• Your supply chain context accumulates over time, making advice more specific and useful.
• This personalization is scoped entirely to your account — your data never improves another customer's experience.

4. AI Output Accuracy

• All AI outputs are labeled with confidence indicators: [VERIFIED], [ESTIMATE], or [SEEK EXPERT ADVICE].
• AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information. We strongly recommend verifying critical decisions with qualified professionals.

5. Opt-Out Options

Opt out of personalization

You can request that we do not use your historical data to personalize future AI responses. Contact privacy@kcenav.ai with the subject line "Opt out of AI personalization." Your assessments and reports will still function, but responses will not reference your historical context.

Opt out of AI processing entirely

AISupplyNav's core features rely on AI. If you opt out of all AI processing, you would not be able to use assessments, chat, or report generation. You can still access your account, view past results, and export your data. Contact us to discuss your needs.

6. NAV Pass & Cross-Platform Data

In the future, AISupplyNav may integrate with NAV Pass — a unified data layer across the KCENAV.AI network. If you opt in to NAV Pass:

• Your anonymized supply chain data may be used to generate industry-level benchmarks (never identifying your company).
• You would gain access to cross-platform intelligence from other KCENAV.AI tools.
• Opt-in is always explicit — you will never be auto-enrolled.

NAV Pass data sharing will be governed by separate terms disclosed at the time of opt-in.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy when we make material changes to our AI practices. Changes will be communicated via email to active account holders. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
